Shiloh started her IT and education career in the 8th grade teaching the BASIC programming language at summer computer camp. After that she has continued education in many fields. Shiloh resumed her IT career later in life providing help support for learning management systems, and finally training up the new generation of IT Technicians at a technical college. She is certified CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Project+ and a Certified Network Associates in Routing and Switching.
